About Us

We know pets can be an important part of our resident's happiness and well-being. We welcome up to two pets per household with no weight limits, but some dog breed restrictions due apply. Exotic or farm animals are not allowed. All our furry residents must provide up-to-date vaccination records, be licensed with the City of Wausau and register with us. Dogs and cats must also be spayed or neutered. Pet owners will appreciate our convenient pet washing station.

Living at The Apartments at Riverlife offers residents convenience at its finest, being located directly on the waterfront comes with many perks. Take in the stunning views overlooking the Wisconsin River and the Wausau skyline from our outdoor patio with comfortable seating, fire pit, and pellet gas grilling stations.
